Bayville is an unincorporated city in Berkeley Township.  Population is 9,193.  Former MLB pitcher Al Leiter hails from Bayville. There are numerous parks, Cedar Creek Campground where you can camp and/or canoe, a golf course, and even a sailing school/sailing charter.


Beachwood is located just south of S. Toms River off Route 9.  Was established as a borough in 1917.  2010 Census reports 11,045 people.  In December 2008 the Beachwood Historical Alliance was formed.  Besides a great view of the Toms River, Beachwood has its own Yacht Club, several parks for adults and children.  It also has the NHL New Jersey Devils Street Hockey Program. There is a community center and plenty of recreation for young and old.


Forked River is a census-designated place within Lacey Township. As of 2010 census, population is 5,244. Of its 10.33 square miles, 7.613 consists of water and 2.723 consists of land.  Popcorn Park and Zoo is in Forked River.  This is a sanctuary  for abandoned/injured wildlife and also a licensed zoo. Seaside Park and Boardwalk is just 10 miles from Forked River.    


Lacey Township.  According to the 2010 Census population is 27,644.  Lacey was incorporated in 1871.  Double Trouble State Park is in Lacey.  Within Double Trouble Park is a Historic Village and also Cranberry Bogs.  Atlantic City is approximately 45 min away.


Manchester hosts the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst base.  Lakehurst is famous for the Hidenburg disaster in 1937. There is a population of 43,070 and was incorporated in 1865.  Pine Lake Park is a man-made park and if you don't want to head to the ocean is the place to be in the summer.


Pine Beach is located along the Toms River and off of Route 9.  Was made a city March 27, 1925.  Population is 2,127.  The Pine Beach Yacht Club was incorporated in 1916 and is still open to this day.

Ocean Gate is located by Bayville.  It is a borough of Ocean County.  There are 832 Households, .448 square miles of land.  Ocean Gate was established in 1918.  It has a well known duck pond and several nice beaches and piers as well as the local Anchor Inn.


Waretown - aka Ocean Township, is a census-designated place.  There is .899 square miles of land with 644 households, many of those in waterfront communities.  The Albert Music Hall is also in Waretown where you can see many country, bluegrass, and pineland music acts!


Whiting sits on the westernside of Manchester and is an unincorporated city.  There are many retirement communities in Whiting such as Crestwood Villages and Country Walk.  Whiting has Henry Wright Lake, a popular place for families in the summer to cool off.
